A young, dynamic and competent team with an average age of 35 years is responsible for the TOP quality of htw injection molds. We attach great importance to a well-founded and practice-oriented training up to specialist level. Every year, we train young school leavers to become mechatronics engineers.
htw builds on the expertise and sense of responsibility of each individual employee.
Flat, hierarchical structures form the basis for active cooperation between management, design and production departments. Teamwork is crucial and creates mutual trust. Supported by modern workstations and ERP software tools, we harvest the fruits of the interaction of people, structures and equipment – our innovative injection molds.

Unser Partner – Lehre im Walgau
Als Fortführung und Erweiterung der Initiativen HiPos , Zone L und der Lehrlingsinitiative Frastanz präsentiert sich seit Herbst 2014 das Walgauer Gemeinschaftsprojekt „Lehre im Walgau“, welches das größte Projekt der Wirtschaft im Walgau gGmbH ist.

Konkret werden Kurse für Lehrlinge und Ausbilder, Erfahrungsaustausch zwischen Ausbildern und Betrieben, Infos und Veranstaltungen wie die “Lehrlingsmesse” oder die „Nacht der Ausbildungsbetriebe“ für den ganzen Walgau angeboten.
